Initial Attendo is a supply partner for the NHS Purchasing and Supplies Agency (PaSA) National Framework Agreement for Telecare.
The National Framework Agreement is a four year agreement covering telecare, and telehealth equipment, installation, maintenance and monitoring in support of the Department of Health’s vision of building a strong telecare infrastructure.
By negotiating a single contract on behalf of government bodies, NHS PaSA simplified the purchasing process and cost for health, social care and housing, offering a ready for use agreement with no need to tender and access to an electronic catalogue with supporting pictures and descriptions. The national framework agreement is free to access and use, with no subscription or user fees applicable. In order to access the agreement you will need to have access to the NHS PaSA E-Catalogue System, NHS E-Cat.
The electronic catalogue is invaluable to a number of stakeholders who need to familiarise themselves with the vast range of telecare and telehealth technology available, avoiding the need to plough through mounds of literature and website material. Supplementary information is made available for the viewer which gives examples of how the technology has been of benefit to client users.
